H Helpers & Engineers Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the Helpers & Engineers platform, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

  • Identity & contact: name, mobile number, email, and your flat / unit and society details.
  • Billing & payment: maintenance bill details, payment amount, and the payment / order reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor (Razorpay) and are not stored on our servers.
  • Usage & device: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

  • To generate and display your maintenance bills and receipts.
  • To process payments and reconcile them against your bills.
  • To send you bill, payment and service notifications.
  • To provide support and respond to your queries.
  • To comply with legal, tax (GST) and accounting obligations.

3. Payments & third parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your payment information is handled under Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems and their own privacy policy. We share with Razorpay only the data needed to create and reconcile your payment (amount, order/bill reference, and basic contact details). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use cookies for advertising.

5. Data retention & security

We retain billing and payment records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes and to provide the service. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information.

6. Your rights
