Helpers & Engineers provides a digital service for viewing and paying society maintenance bills. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

1. No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship any physical products. All offerings on this platform are digital services related to society maintenance billing and payments, so no shipping charges or delivery timelines apply.

2. Service delivery

  • Bills and payment options are made available to you instantly within the platform once generated by your society's management.
  • On successful payment, your bill is marked paid and a digital receipt is generated automatically — usually within a few moments — and can be viewed and shared from the platform.
  • Payment and receipt confirmations may also be sent to your registered mobile number / email.

3. Delays

If a payment was successful but the receipt or paid status is not reflected within a reasonable time, please contact us with the order / bill reference and we will reconcile it.
